Zen Garden

Long weekends should always call for a little DIY, may last one was here !  After my Mandala post I was inspired to make a little Zen garden, they are so  simple! All you need is a bowl, coloured sand ( I picked white) some pebbles or stones ( I used a quartz point and Jade palm stone) & an air plant if your feeling fancy  Pop the sand in the bowl add you bits and pieces then doodle away. Try using a fork, fingers, chopstick or even an old pen to make mandalas and patterns in the sand. So relaxing!

The lovely Leah of Skill it gave me this gorgeous dream catcher tutorial to share with you, it's just a peek of things to come with the feathering the nest course due to start April 1st.

Its a two week journey created to guide you into making your home a beautiful space that mirrors the love & dreams you hold in your soul.  Expect to see tutorials,  feng shui and home chakra maps, natural recipes and a whole load more. I really cant wait to start, joining me?

I'm a yogini. artist. traveller  animal lover. environmentalist. gypsy at heart & love to read.  I like coffee & cake in the afternoon. misty mornings. silence. solitude. l like water. lakes and oceans. I love road trips. dusty winding roads.

Few years ago I took a leap of faith and exchanged a big city hustle and bustle to a peaceful country solitude, and started my journey in life as a full time artist.  When I'm not creating in my studio, I can be found hanging out with my dogs and horses, or vagabonding in search for wild and lonely places.

I lovingly create my jewellery to adorn graceful yoginis, earthy goddess and bohemian gypsy souls on their journey through life.

I make my jewellery using new and old materials, some beads come from old vintage pieces that I find while rummaging yard sales and vintage shops (one of my favourite pastimes). I like using ethnic beads and gemstones, and make my own charms from salvaged copper and brass sheets.

When I first came across the Etsy shop OmSaha I was blown away, each piece was something I wanted to wear...daily!! Bohemian, earthy and vibrant.  The colours and execution are perfect, I'm a little hooked & so glad to have found such an artist. This is definitely a shop I like to have tucked into my Etsy favourites.
