Matcha Challenge



This January I was fortunate enough to be sent a matcha kit to take part in the teapigs matcha challenge, I had seen matcha around but had never had the chance to try it. 

Matcha has many health benefits, properties and is packed full of essential vitamins and minerals, so I can't wait to see how I feel after the challenge.

I had my first matcha tea on January first, so today is my second day, so far I'm loving it! The ritual of making the tea is so much fun. 

To make your matcha, you place half a teaspoon in to hot water and whisk it up (teapigs have two starter kits with everything you will need, one is a modern kit and the other traditional), then drink it as a shot or however you fancy, I'm quite excited to experiment with it but the lattes taste so good I'm finding it hard to break away.

I will let you know how I get on and what I thought.  Have you tried matcha? Is it something you already have in in your daily routine?

    1. Take a peek at all the benefits, it's pretty amazing! So far I'm really enjoying it. I am also really interested to see if I notice any differences, I've only ever heard great things about it. :)
